When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Anselmo Mateo sped through Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustavo Trasloseros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Jorrin in the 9th minute of play forced Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Gustavo Trasloseros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Fermin Iyan threw the ball into play from the sideline. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Egaña made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Anselmo Mateo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Trasloseros. The goal made the score 0-10. After 55 minutes of play, Nahitantino's Clodoveo Caetano made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Trasloseros was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Nahitantino booed when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ixona Victoria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Camilo Hernando sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Gustavo Trasloseros showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Gustavo Trasloseros got control of the ball when Camilo Hernando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Trasloseros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Caetano in the 64th minute of the match. Nahitantino's Higinio Illan was substituted for Camilo Hernando. After some careless play in the Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan defense, Anselmo Mateo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Trasloseros. The Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Trasloseros should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Higinio Illan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Trasloseros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-16. In the 84th minute, Anselmo Mateo made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Trasloseros. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-17. Gustavo Trasloseros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Gustavo Trasloseros managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Nahitantino's Anselmo Mateo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 92 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Eneko came free, but Gustavo Trasloseros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Anselmo Mateo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustavo Trasloseros. That made the score 0-19 in the 95 minute of play. Nahitantino played a much better game than Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
