Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sidónio Pacheco kicked off to start the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Cezary Karpinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argentinos Juniors's Agustin Matro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agustin Matro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Braga went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Sebastian Abreu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexandre Garcia. The goal made the score 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Karpinski came free, but Agustin Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Mikeldi in the 16th minute of play. Agustin Matro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidónio Pacheco in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Argentinos Juniors's Sebastian Abreu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 23 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Abreu came free, but Alexandre Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Garcia was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Agustin Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Sidónio Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. A collision led to Argentinos Juniors getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gavino Roldan hit a great ball. In the 47th match minute, Rua da Pinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Braga to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. Agustin Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidónio Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cezary Karpinskis short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Agustin Matro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rua da Pinga were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Argentinos Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wieslaw Cwenar took the corner. Alexandre Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Wieslaw Cwenar hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Timoteo Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentinos Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Gonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Abel Braga came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Rua da Pinga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Braga couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Sidónio Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite being the better team, Rua da Pinga failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
