Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sidónio Pacheco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Folker Tollenaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Garcia having to interfere. Cezary Karpinski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. When Jan Kuiper fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pannekoeken's protests and gave Jan Kuiper a yellow card for diving instead. Jan Kuiper kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Harold Breugel had great luck who in the 12thth minute grab hold of the ball when Sidónio Pacheco from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 13th minute, Folker Tollenaar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidónio Pacheco in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harold Breugel saved Pannekoeken from getting behind. When Pannekoeken's Jan Kuiper in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rua da Pinga's goalie prevented a goal. Cezary Karpinski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Harold Breugel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Rua da Pinga booed when Pannekoeken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Kruit didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cezary Karpinski came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Rua da Pinga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezary Karpinski couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Sidónio Pacheco sped through Pannekoeken's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harold Breugel. If Cezary Karpinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Lambers's late challenge caught a Rua da Pinga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Lambers helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Rua da Pinga's Sidónio Pacheco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Harold Breugel. That made the score 3-0 after 31 minutes of play. Pannekoeken's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Sidónio Pacheco scored to the left of an out of position Harold Breugel, making the score, 4-0. 39 minutes into the game, Zarco Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rua da Pinga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pannekoeken the free kick. In the 40th minute of the match Stephan Overmars shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Garcia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sidónio Pacheco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harold Breugel having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Kuiper to make the kick off. Sidónio Pacheco struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Harold Breugel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rua da Pinga. Harold Breugel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidónio Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Rua da Pinga were awarded a corner. Sidónio Pacheco went to the cornerflag to take it. Cezary Karpinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harold Breugel having to make a save. In the 71st minute Sidónio Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harold Breugel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martijn Winters kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Sidónio Pacheco, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 83 minutes, Cezary Karpinski made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pannekoeken's Harold Breugel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cezary Karpinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Harold Breugel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Márcio Ponte took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harold Breugel. Harold Breugel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0.
