Agustin Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Rosendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Rosendal came free, but Agustin Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Salvador Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Delin during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 16 minutes into the game, Christian Malmgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Agustin Matro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes in the game, Harald Kullander fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Agustin Matro having to interfere. In the 24th minute Luciano Presebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentinos Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Kurt Rosendal scored to the left of an out of position Agustin Matro, making the score, 3-0. Daniel Lundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Gonzales, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Argentinos Juniors were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after SE7EN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Timoteo Gonzo took the corner. In the 43rd minute, Diego Gonzales left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentinos Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Rosendal in the 48th minute of play forced Argentinos Juniors's goalkeeper Agustin Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bertil Delin made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bertil Delin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agustin Matro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Timoteo Gonzo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Agustin Matro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Malmgren in the 55th minute of play. Agustin Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Malmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Argentinos Juniors's Salvador Itzaina got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jonny Fingers kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Dahlkvist in the 64th minute of play forced Argentinos Juniors's goalkeeper Agustin Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Matro was left in no man's land by his defense there! SE7EN's Daniel Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Presebal in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match, Diego Gonzales got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daniel Lundin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Rosendal in the 80th minute of play forced Argentinos Juniors's goalkeeper Agustin Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonny Fingers the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Argentinos Juniors protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonny Fingers had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 90th match minute, Argentinos Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Fingers to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Kurt Rosendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Argentinos Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Diego Gonzales. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SE7EN had played much better football throughout.
