When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Özgür Akbora took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mpenza Thabang to make any attempt to save it. Tyrell Klein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 秦迅铮 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Eiffel's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Akbora came free, but Mpenza Thabang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mpenza Thabang made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jerzy Podolski sent off a good shot on target. Mando Modise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 秦迅铮 having to interfere.
