In the 20th minute Algot Kruse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauã Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Matadores FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sever Panait was slow to take the kick. During this time Club13's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Club13's corner Sever Panait fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kauã Sarmento quite easily take care of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Kruse came free, but Kauã Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kauã Sarmento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sever Panait in the 31st minute. A collision led to Matadores FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Davi Meireles hit a great ball. Kauã Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Kruse in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Kruse in the 38th minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Kauã Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Velloso hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Kruse came free, but Kauã Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Algot Kruse made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Algot Kruse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã Sarmento was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Flávio Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kauã Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Kruse in the 56th minute of play. Roman Medina's late challenge caught a Matadores FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kauã Sarmento came out of the goal and Ziemowit Czeszejko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Czeszejko notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Matadores FC's Kauã Sarmento. Kauã Sarmento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kauã Sarmento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ziemowit Czeszejko's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Kauã Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Kruse in the 73rd minute of the match. After 77th play minutes Algot Kruse shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Kauã Sarmento and just under the crossbar into goal.
