After 5 minutes, Timmy Ahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gärsnäs BF and the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- players grew even worse after the yellow card. 9 minutes into the match, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Ahlberg came free, but Narcis Cozorici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Drake struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Narcis Cozorici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. Ingvar Nyqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Cozorici having to interfere. Narcis Cozorici came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Gärsnäs BF's Timmy Ahlberg. But to his dismay, Timmy Ahlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bo Drake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Narcis Cozorici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vlad Zâncă kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Bo Drake managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gärsnäs BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Drake was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcis Cozorici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 29 played minutes White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Ilie Măgureanu. After having played for 30 minutes, Timmy Ahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gärsnäs BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Ahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute Ingvar Nyqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Cozorici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Nyqvist in the 39th minute of play forced White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Narcis Cozorici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Nyqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Cozorici having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugen Butuc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ilie Măgureanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narcis Cozorici was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Bo Drake capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bo Drake really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 60th match minute, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Mereuță to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Nyqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narcis Cozorici was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Gärsnäs BF's Ingvar Nyqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bo Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Cozorici having to interfere. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ingvar Nyqvist sped through White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Narcis Cozorici. Gärsnäs BF's Ingvar Nyqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narcis Cozorici made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Timmy Ahlberg sent off a good shot on target. If Ingvar Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narcis Cozorici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Nyqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Narcis Cozorici had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timmy Ahlberg. Wang Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Butuc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Costin Șipoș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Wang Cheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gärsnäs BF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
