Julian Brudnicki took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Samuelsson. Vilhelm Samuelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27th minute, Julian Brudnicki made a precise shot to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson. Djura IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Edgar Wojton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silvers Ilkus's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Wojton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Samuelsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilhelm Samuelsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vilhelm Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Wojton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Wojton was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Julian Brudnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson. Djura IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Brudnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Korneliusz Munko's late challenge caught a Djura IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Korneliusz Munko helped the player get up and apologised. When Miromir Budarz came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Silvers Ilkus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Budarz couldn't finish the play. Leszek Cholewa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vilhelm Samuelsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Leszek Cholewa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 91st minute. Djura IFK's Vilhelm Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Cholewa in the 96th minute of play. Silvers Ilkus's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
