Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) Grant Cornish started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. TibaDons's Ollie Clark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Colas in the 7th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, TibaDons's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Ramond came free, but Ollie Clark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Froilan Joey in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ollie Clark saved TibaDons from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Froilan Joey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ollie Clark was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Stan Hewitt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ollie Clark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Froilan Joey's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Froilan Joey got free in front of the goal in the 22nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ollie Clark was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Salvador Maule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ollie Clark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute there was a penalty for Lyons. Severino Iruinea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ollie Clark. 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as TibaDons's Grant Cornish slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anastasio Che. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Anastasio Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rick Postolan in the 36th minute of play. When Lyons's Froilan Joey in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TibaDons's goalie prevented a goal. 41 minutes into the game, Salvador Maule was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lyons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TibaDons the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Salvador Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Salvador Maule was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. 48 minutes into the match, Austen Bull had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anastasio Che. Lyons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Austen Bull was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edelmiro Colas to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Grant Cornish shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Che saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Melquiades Frascuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute Abelardo Rainerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ollie Clark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Colas in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ollie Clark, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in TibaDons's zone, Edelmiro Colas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ollie Clark came out of the goal and Edelmiro Colas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ollie Clark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Colas in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of TibaDons booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Joey's late challenge caught a TibaDons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Froilan Joey helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Lyons got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Joey. 84 minutes into the match, TibaDons's goalkeeper Ollie Clark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edelmiro Colas. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Eugenio Baudelio hit a great ball. Melquiades Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ollie Clark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lyons's Melquiades Frascuelo got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, TibaDons could leave the field as winners, despite Lyons having more of the ball for most of the match.
