The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Black Mamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Bock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrik Nordström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Gubbhöft. After 41 played minutes Black Mamba got a freekick which was hit by Göran Bocklund. When Alf Benet came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the BK Gubbhöft fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Benet couldn't finish the play. Patrik Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Benet in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Torbjörn Bock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute of the match Edvard Britz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrik Nordström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aleksander Stabbe scored 4-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Jansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
