Ademir de Amaral showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's goalkeeper Jan Pacholewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gildo Fantini. When Gwidon Czempa fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's protests and gave Gwidon Czempa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Gwidon Czempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Gildo Fantini recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Pacholewski. Gildo Fantini showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 24 minutes into the game, Gildo Fantini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jan Pacholewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute, Grêmio FBPA's Gildo Fantini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Ulisses Prestes's late challenge caught a PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulisses Prestes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Grêmio FBPA getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ulisses Prestes hit a great ball. Jan Pacholewski was a little too slow when Gildo Fantini got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gildo Fantini was the one to do the kick off. Gildo Fantini took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Pacholewski. Jan Pacholewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 59 minutes into the match, Gildo Fantini notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's Jan Pacholewski. Jan Pacholewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Zonta in the 63rd minute of play forced PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's goalkeeper Jan Pacholewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Grêmio FBPA's Ademir de Amaral made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Pacholewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Ademir de Amaral got a free kick in the 69th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Ademir de Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio FBPA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW the free kick. After 77 played minutes Grêmio FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Ademir de Amaral. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gildo Fantini in the 78th minute of play forced PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's goalkeeper Jan Pacholewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Grêmio FBPA's Wilton Dante got control of the ball when Jedrzej Sakowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Grêmio FBPA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
