Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ernesto Frasco got the match started through his kick off. Ernesto Frasco struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Cecilio Mantzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Scaloneta. Dibag Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Oto in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Bero in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dibag Martinez saved La Scaloneta from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Guillermo Iago dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cecilio Mantzio, 1-0. Guillermo Iago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, Astor Bero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dibag Martinez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to La Scaloneta getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fabio Omero hit a great ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Astor Bero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta's Dibag Martinez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes in the game, Sergio Agüero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cecilio Mantzio having to interfere. When Vicente Leguizamón fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's protests and gave Vicente Leguizamón a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's zone, Guillermo Iago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Mantzio came out of the goal and Guillermo Iago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Bero to make the kick off. Guillermo Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Mantzio came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Ernesto Frasco. But to his dismay, Ernesto Frasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Ángel-Fabián Di María's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Mantzio was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Vicente Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Paulino Bela hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Eliseo Jenaro, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. La Scaloneta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Eliseo Jenaro scored to the left of an out of position Dibag Martinez, making the score, 2-2. Cecilio Mantzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Iago, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Cecilio Mantzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ángel-Fabián Di María in the 74th minute of play. Fermin Oto's late challenge caught a La Scaloneta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Oto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Fermin Oto hit a great ball. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Vicente Leguizamón got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Vicente Leguizamón off the ground. Vicente Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Ángel-Fabián Di María came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ángel-Fabián Di María couldn't finish the play. La Scaloneta's Guillermo Iago got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ángel-Fabián Di María in the 91st minute of play forced ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper Cecilio Mantzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Mantzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ángel-Fabián Di María, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Ángel-Fabián Di María managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Scaloneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Ángel-Fabián Di María was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Mantzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chants of ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as La Scaloneta had held the ball for most of the match.
