Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Ledesma in the 4th minute of play. Serafin Froylan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abner Dohrmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Cordario in the 7th minute of play. Wilfredo Cordario took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abner Dohrmann. Abner Dohrmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Kaplan's Abelardo Ledesma in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torreoncito's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Torreoncito's Andy Demanet got a free kick in the 17th minute. Kaplan's Serafin Lop got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abner Dohrmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Cordario, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cordario in the 26th minute of play forced Torreoncito's goalkeeper Abner Dohrmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Lucio Soin made a precise shot to the right of Abner Dohrmann. Torreoncito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 31 minutes into the game, Kaplan's Lucio Soin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abner Dohrmann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 34th minute, Wilfredo Cordario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Wilfredo Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abner Dohrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Ledesma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abner Dohrmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Cordario in the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Marín Mason made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Torreoncito's Ernesto Guerola got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goalkeeper Abner Dohrmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucio Soin. Abner Dohrmann was a little too slow when Abelardo Ledesma got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-6. Abner Dohrmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Froylan in the 66th minute of play. Wilfredo Cordario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Abner Dohrmann made a huge save. After 75 played minutes Torreoncito got a freekick which was hit by Xosé Paz. After 77 minutes of play, Kaplan's Wilfredo Cordario made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abner Dohrmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abner Dohrmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Ledesma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Soin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Abner Dohrmann made a huge save. Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Torreoncito from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Lucio Soin hit a great ball. Wilfredo Cordario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Abner Dohrmann made a huge save. When Lucio Soin came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Kaplan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Soin couldn't finish the play. Serafin Froylan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Soin got free with Abner Dohrmann in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cordario in the 93rd minute of play forced Torreoncito's goalkeeper Abner Dohrmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Wilfredo Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abner Dohrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Faure kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
