The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Siwek in the 4th minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Luke Scheerens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wawrzyniec Borkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wawrzyniec Borkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 10th minute of the match Wawrzyniec Borkowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wawrzyniec Borkowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 10 played minutes Pogoń Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Borkowski. In the 17th minute, Jarno Jongbloedt made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Debkowski. Pogoń Staszów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Tobiasz Debkowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 30th minute Jarno Jongbloedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Debkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Jarno Jongbloedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Staszów's Tobiasz Debkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luukas Schooters in the 32nd minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Tobiasz Debkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarno Jongbloedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Tobiasz Debkowski made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Tomasz Gotfryd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Jarno Jongbloedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Tobiasz Debkowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Tobiasz Debkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Verdonck. KV Schoonwater's Jarno Jongbloedt got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Jarno Jongbloedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobiasz Debkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luukas Schooters was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, KV Schoonwater's Johnny Verdonck made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobiasz Debkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luukas Schooters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tobiasz Debkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pogoń Staszów's Tobiasz Debkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Rijmenams in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luukas Schooters in the 61st minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Tobiasz Debkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Jarno Jongbloedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Debkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Billy Rijmenams had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobiasz Debkowski. Pogoń Staszów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billy Rijmenams was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 69th minute, Jarno Jongbloedt made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Debkowski. Pogoń Staszów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Jarno Jongbloedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobiasz Debkowski having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Constantijn Philippaerts made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Debkowski. Pogoń Staszów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Tobiasz Debkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantijn Philippaerts went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Tobiasz Debkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tobiasz Debkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantijn Philippaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarno Jongbloedt in the 83rd minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Tobiasz Debkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KV Schoonwater made a substitution. Kim Loozen replaced Axell De Ketelaere. Johnny Verdonck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tobiasz Debkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the KV Schoonwater players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
