Håkan Botvidsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BLUEMOON FK. Tarık Okutman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Sixten Lund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cezmi Çetiner was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 23rd minute of the match IFK Kik got a corner. BLUEMOON FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alf Svartengren ran over to the corner to take the kick. IFK Kik's Alf Svartengren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cezmi Çetiner in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cezmi Çetiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixten Lund in the 27th minute of play. When Tarık Okutman fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BLUEMOON FK's protests and gave Tarık Okutman a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes BLUEMOON FK got a freekick which was hit by Tarık Okutman. Cezmi Çetiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixten Lund, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Håkan Botvidsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarık Okutman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, BLUEMOON FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Lund came free, but Cezmi Çetiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cezmi Çetiner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sixten Lund showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 47th minute, IFK Kik's Sixten Lund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixten Lund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Fabian Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixten Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cezmi Çetiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixten Lund went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute, Orhan Seyfi Işın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürcan Bayman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Botvidsson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürcan Bayman in the 69th minute of play forced IFK Kik's goalkeeper Håkan Botvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Gürcan Bayman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Håkan Botvidsson. Gürcan Bayman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. IFK Kik's Håkan Botvidsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save IFK Kik from getting a goal against them. Cezmi Çetiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixten Lund in the 84th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Alf Svartengren made a precise shot to the right of Cezmi Çetiner. BLUEMOON FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. A collision led to IFK Kik getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Lennart Vallman hit a great ball. In the 99thth minute of the game Gürcan Bayman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Kik's Håkan Botvidsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. IFK Kik had won after a very even match.
