Gustavo Sauveur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Bograngen booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Andreas Aspengren came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Bograngen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Aspengren couldn't finish the play. Samuel Ihazintu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Arne Olsson. Roger Gullesson's late challenge caught a Errecaborda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Gullesson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute Roger Gullesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Sauveur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Michael Paulin fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bograngen's protests and gave Michael Paulin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Nestor Vellito got a free kick in the 21st minute. Amadeo Chuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Carl Ambjörnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Bograngen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Rydberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Gullesson in the 34th minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Sauveur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, Bograngen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Arne Olsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute Amadeo Chuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Ambjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Errecaborda AFC a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcelo Eztebe, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bograngen's Carl Ambjörnsson. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 55 minutes of play Bograngen's Roger Gullesson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 63 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Ove Berg. After 70 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Eztebe. In the 72nd minute, Ernesto Venceslao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Carl Ambjörnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Chuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Ambjörnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Chuse in the 85th minute of the match. If Amadeo Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Aspengren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gustavo Sauveur made a huge save. 94 minutes into the match, Bograngen's Andreas Aspengren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Sauveur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Errecaborda AFC's Marcelo Eztebe got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Errecaborda AFC were the better team. Errecaborda AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
