The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alex Paveliuc the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Politehnica Timisoara protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alex Paveliuc had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Alex Paveliuc hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ricardo-Enrique Bochini kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Fausto Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Eftimescu in the 61st minute of the match. Fausto Txindoki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
