After 23 minutes, Florentino Gonchan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gladiadores and the Sporting Clube Patrício players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Florentino Gonchan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yuri Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Pero having to interfere. Gladiadores's Zacarias Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rúben Dantas in the 26th minute of play. Zacarias Pero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rúben Dantas in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Gaspar came free, but Zacarias Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Pero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jiang Gang went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Sporting Clube Patrício getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Cristiano Garcia hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Gaspar Markel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Almiro Setúbal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zacarias Pero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuri Gaspar went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Sporting Clube Patrício's Bruno Serpa got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's Gaspar Markel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gladiadores's Zacarias Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Gaspar in the 43rd minute of play. Zacarias Pero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rúben Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yuri Gaspar was the one to do the kick off. Rúben Dantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Zacarias Pero made a huge save. If Rúben Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 63 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Garcia. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Almiro Setúbal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zacarias Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Gaspar in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Jarbas Fontoura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zacarias Pero. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 70th minute, Sandro Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 71 minutes, Gaspar Markel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gladiadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Markel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Gaspar came free, but Zacarias Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Oroitz kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A hard shot 75 in the game by Jarbas Fontoura from a close distance when the talented Zacarias Pero managed to make a qualified save. Gladiadores's players were relieved. In the 98th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Gonchan to maneuver through the defense. The Gladiadores fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sporting Clube Patrício were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
