Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) Hortêncio Linhares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Amador Hitzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortêncio Linhares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Raul Santxol made a huge save. Cipriano Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of INTER FC booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Santxol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. INTER FC's Basílio Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Llorenc in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AZURDUY F.C.'s Eriberto Shantala got a free kick in the 26th minute. Raul Santxol acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ricardinho Batista. In the 29th minute, Hortêncio Linhares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raul Santxol made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Hortêncio Linhares sent off a good shot on target. After 44 minutes of play, INTER FC's Emerson Cruz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Santxol was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to AZURDUY F.C. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Rogelio Gombal hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Amador Hitzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Gombal to make the kick off. AZURDUY F.C.'s Raul Santxol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emerson Cruz in the 56th minute of play. Emerson Cruz scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raul Santxol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. INTER FC's Basílio Maranhense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save INTER FC from getting a goal against them. Léo Trigo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léo Trigo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Léo Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raul Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Linhares in the 73rd minute of play. Hortêncio Linhares took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raul Santxol. Raul Santxol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Mandi Oca's late challenge caught a AZURDUY F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mandi Oca helped the player get up and apologised. Mandi Oca kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After some careless play in the INTER FC defense, Rogelio Gombal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basílio Maranhense. The INTER FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basílio Maranhense should have stopped the shot. The supporters of INTER FC booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Shantala didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, AZURDUY F.C.'s Roque Reno seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roque Reno the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AZURDUY F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roque Reno had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in AZURDUY F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! Ricardinho Batista placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! INTER FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AZURDUY F.C. for a fine match.
