IFK Gladdarna's Emil Trulsson got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kurt Ekberg made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Emerson Cruz sent off a good shot on target. Basílio Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cam Bahč, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Urbasa Sirvent shot the penalty kick right outside the post. INTER FC's Basílio Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Ahlroth in the 17th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, IFK Gladdarna's Emil Trulsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basílio Maranhense was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 24 played minutes INTER FC got a freekick which was hit by Léo Trigo. Hortêncio Linhares kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 27thth minute. Though ot was a great shot IFK Gladdarna's keeper Kurt Ekberg was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Basílio Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Cichewski in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Eugeniusz Cichewski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Basílio Maranhense. In the 34th minute, Emil Trulsson made a precise shot to the right of Basílio Maranhense. INTER FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. IFK Gladdarna's Eugeniusz Cichewski got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Albertinho Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Eugeniusz Cichewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Gladdarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugeniusz Cichewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The INTER FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. IFK Gladdarna were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hortêncio Linhares to strike the kick off in the second half. Basílio Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cam Bahč, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th play minute Emil Trulsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Basílio Maranhense. 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Cichewski got free with Basílio Maranhense in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Basílio Maranhense made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cam Bahč sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in INTER FC's zone, Eugeniusz Cichewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Maranhense came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Cichewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basílio Maranhense was a little too slow when Cam Bahč got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 87thth minute of the game Hortêncio Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. INTER FC's Basílio Maranhense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save INTER FC from getting a goal against them.
