In the 18th minute Adam Proca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carlos Suciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Salud y República from getting a goal against them. After 22 played minutes White Star Troopers got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Buda. White Star Troopers's Fryderyk Huk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacho Mondejar in the 23rd minute of play. Pacho Mondejar might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fryderyk Huk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pacho Mondejar ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's goal looked a bit too open when Pacho Mondejar came free, but Fryderyk Huk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Norbert Karp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carlos Suciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdika Philip during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. White Star Troopers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
