But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brage Vetrhus couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, Brage Vetrhus notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Olivos Futbol Club's Robustiano Nel. Robustiano Nel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Asmund Sjøberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Asmund Sjøberg was a little too slow when Mario Orlanda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Robustiano Nel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvano Federigo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Robustiano Nel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 21st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Ezequiel Luken could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Asmund Sjøberg however easily saved by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Olivos Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Vetrhus came free, but Robustiano Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olivos Futbol Club's Robustiano Nel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brage Vetrhus in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Nils-Christian Taksdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Nerd Herd's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils-Christian Taksdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Nel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robustiano Nel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 35th minute of play. Robustiano Nel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The Nerd Herd's Asmund Sjøberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save The Nerd Herd from getting a goal against them. Bård Kjærvik struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Robustiano Nel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Nerd Herd. Ezequiel Luken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Asmund Sjøberg made a huge save. Asmund Sjøberg made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Ezequiel Luken sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brage Vetrhus to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, The Nerd Herd's Brage Vetrhus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After having played for 59 minutes, Nils-Christian Taksdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Nerd Herd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Christian Taksdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brage Vetrhuss short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Robustiano Nel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Olivos Futbol Club's Robustiano Nel got control of the ball when Bård Kjærvik tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mario Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asmund Sjøberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Estefan in the 83rd minute of play. Alfred Kofoed kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Tomas Suarez struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Asmund Sjøberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivos Futbol Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brage Vetrhus in the 95th minute of play forced Olivos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Robustiano Nel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Nerd Herd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
