The supporters of The Mongols booed when Classe A Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvin Björkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Fantini in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Favoretto in the 14th minute of play forced The Mongols's goalkeeper Arvin Björkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nicolas Geleberto fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Mongols's protests and gave Nicolas Geleberto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Nicolas Geleberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arvin Björkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Lauro Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Vallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, The Mongols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match Joélson de Amorim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arvin Björkman skillfully saved the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Tony Favoretto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Mongols's Arvin Björkman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute William Vallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Johan Sjöberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Mongols's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Classe A Futebol Clube the free kick. In the 46th minute Hudson Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvin Björkman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Favoretto in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arvin Björkman saved The Mongols from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elivélton Seco got free with Arvin Björkman in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Mongols's Arvin Björkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Favoretto in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Tony Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvin Björkman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernt Fredriksson's late challenge caught a Classe A Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Fredriksson helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes The Mongols got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Geleberto. A hard shot by Rafa Vale from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Arvin Björkman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Izydor Wydrych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Arvin Björkman made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Sérgio Corrêa put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Classe A Futebol Clube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Arvin Björkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Sena in the 79th minute of the match. Lauro Corrêa came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by The Mongols's Bernt Fredriksson. But to his dismay, Bernt Fredriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Arvin Björkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Fantini in the 94th minute. The Mongols's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Elivélton Seco scored to the left of an out of position Arvin Björkman, making the score, 3-1. The Mongols's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
