Delmiro Rosalio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saúl Soveral in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Set Fire's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Soveral came free, but Delmiro Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Morais. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fedele Scirea got free with Francisco Ribas in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Magno Jaka Jamba fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Set Fire's protests and gave Magno Jaka Jamba a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's Magno Jaka Jamba got a free kick in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Ɍυƒυs™'s goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Scirea came free, but Francisco Ribas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th play minute Fedele Scirea came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Francisco Ribas. 1-1. Fedele Scirea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ribas having to interfere. Francisco Ribas made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fedele Scirea sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute of the match Set Fire got a corner. Ɍυƒυs™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wladyslaw Brudzisz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Fedele Scirea heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 44 minutes, Sasho Amiorkov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Set Fire and the Ɍυƒυs™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's Sasho Amiorkov got a free kick in the 44th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saúl Soveral was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Noel Carmo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes of play, Set Fire's Fedele Scirea made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Ribas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Leal Sacramento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedele Scirea in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Ribas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Set Fire's Fedele Scirea in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ɍυƒυs™'s goalie prevented a goal. Francisco Ribas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Scirea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fedele Scirea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Ribas having to make a save. 75 minutes into the match, Ɍυƒυs™'s goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Scirea came free, but Francisco Ribas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Set Fire booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saúl Soveral didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fedele Scirea in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Ribas saved Ɍυƒυs™ from getting behind. Hélio Cunha hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Teddy De Hond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Set Fire's Fedele Scirea got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Fedele Scirea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Ribas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Set Fire's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
