In the 8th minute, Rafet Nesip left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JEMBer UTara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 13th play minutes Herberto Meireles shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Mekki Pink and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goðmundur Maju in the 16th minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Jesualdo Maltez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nélson Bezerra during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Rafet Nesip made a precise shot to the right of Jesualdo Maltez. AD Pontassolense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. JEMBer UTara's Mekki Pink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save JEMBer UTara from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Rafet Nesip sped through AD Pontassolense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jesualdo Maltez. 33 minutes into the match, Rafet Nesip notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of AD Pontassolense's Jesualdo Maltez. Jesualdo Maltez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafet Nesip scored 1-5 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesualdo Maltez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafet Nesip struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jesualdo Maltez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JEMBer UTara. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guilherme Valério made a kick off. Nélson Bezerra made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Herberto Meireles immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in AD Pontassolense's zone, Rafet Nesip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesualdo Maltez came out of the goal and Rafet Nesip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's Rafet Nesip sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesualdo Maltez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute Álvaro Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Pink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Guilherme Valério's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mekki Pink was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, AD Pontassolense's Guilherme Valério got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Jesualdo Maltez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafet Nesip. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Branco in the 76th minute of play forced JEMBer UTara's goalkeeper Mekki Pink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesualdo Maltez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafet Nesip, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rafet Nesip struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jesualdo Maltez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JEMBer UTara. JEMBer UTara played a much better game than AD Pontassolense and deserved their victory. The AD Pontassolense players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
