In the 3rd minute, Fedele Scirea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Set Fire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 6 minutes, Alişan Suer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carno FK and the Set Fire players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Carno FK got a freekick which was hit by Alişan Suer. Set Fire's Delmiro Rosalio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Set Fire from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute Fedele Scirea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batı Özbilek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Carno FK's Alişan Suer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Rosalio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 13 minutes, Aktan Çakmur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carno FK and the Set Fire players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Carno FK got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Çakmur. In the 14th minute, Fedele Scirea made a precise shot to the right of Batı Özbilek. Carno FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sasho Amiorkov in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batı Özbilek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Set Fire getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rogério Pedrosa hit a great ball. Delmiro Rosalio was a little too slow when Alişan Suer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-3. After 24 played minutes Carno FK got a freekick which was hit by Aziz Safih. In the 29th match minute, Carno FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güvenç Aksel to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Alişan Suer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Set Fire were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Carno FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktan Çakmur to maneuver through the defense. Hélio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Fedele Scirea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Batı Özbilek. The goal made the score 2-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedele Scirea in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batı Özbilek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Batı Özbilek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fedele Scirea went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Batı Özbilek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fedele Scirea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 76 minute of play. After 79 played minutes Carno FK got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Çakmur. In the 81st minute, Rogério Pedrosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Rosalio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Menderes Mertoğlu went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-7 was the resulting score. Set Fire's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
