Filiberto Bero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Romero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Bazkoare in the 11th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Umbruso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Chiquinho Romero made a huge save. In the 13th minute, Miguel Merentiel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frontera AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Felix Clis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Janson in the 18th minute of the match. If Miguel Merentiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Janson might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Clis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chiquinho Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Umbruso in the 41st minute of the match. Felix Clis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Merentiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 42 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Maju. La Maquina 9-12-18's Felix Clis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Merentiel in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Lucas Janson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Dario Gelacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiquinho Romero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Arturo Umbruso scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chiquinho Romero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Torrea kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The La Maquina 9-12-18 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Frontera AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
