Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erkin Cangiray in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrien Tanneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wlodzimierz Januszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gazi Açıkgün having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Nelson Nogueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valette Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Gazi Açıkgün proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save ÜSTEĞMEN FK from getting a goal against them. Valette Stars's Wlodzimierz Januszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Wlodzimierz Januszewski rounded ÜSTEĞMEN FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. The referee showed Elyboy Visser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes ÜSTEĞMEN FK got a freekick which was hit by Elyboy Visser. Oğuzkan Kamuran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erkin Cangiray was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Rafail Rusev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valette Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafail Rusev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gazi Açıkgün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafail Rusev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Rafail Rusev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazi Açıkgün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Januszewski in the 61st minute of play forced ÜSTEĞMEN FK's goalkeeper Gazi Açıkgün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gazi Açıkgün didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafail Rusev went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After 66 minutes of play, Valette Stars's Rafail Rusev made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gazi Açıkgün was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th match minute, ÜSTEĞMEN FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batı Yafes to maneuver through the defense. Adrien Tanneau made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Wick in the 78th minute. Gazi Açıkgün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Januszewski in the 88th minute of play. When Rafail Rusev came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Valette Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafail Rusev couldn't finish the play. If Wlodzimierz Januszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Wick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Adrien Tanneau made a huge save. In the 95th minute ÜSTEĞMEN FK were awarded a corner. Hasret Cilasun went to the cornerflag to take it. Nelson Nogueira hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Valette Stars had won after a very even match.
