The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gürel Çelikhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Başar Eyüpoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute STARS TEAM were awarded a corner. Armağan Karabulut went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on STARS TEAM's corner Armağan Karabulut fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Başar Eyüpoğlu quite easily take care of the ball. 11 minutes into the game, єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's Atacan İftihar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ateş Rahim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's goal looked a bit too open when Albérico Cortez came free, but Başar Eyüpoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hulk Paraíba got free with Ateş Rahim in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armağan Karabulut in the 24th minute of play forced єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's goalkeeper Başar Eyüpoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albérico Cortez scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Başar Eyüpoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulk Paraíba in the 28th minute of play forced STARS TEAM's goalkeeper Ateş Rahim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм got a freekick which was hit by Atacan İftihar. 30 minutes into the game, Armağan Karabulut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Başar Eyüpoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Başar Eyüpoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürel Çelikhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Ateş Rahim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radowit Prusinowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Radowit Prusinowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armağan Karabulut was the one to do the kick off. Armağan Karabuluts short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Başar Eyüpoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute, Hulk Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, STARS TEAM's Yüksel Revan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yüksel Revan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of STARS TEAM protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yüksel Revan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to STARS TEAM getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Yüksel Revan hit a great ball. Hulk Paraíba struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ateş Rahim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм. Başar Eyüpoğlu came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by STARS TEAM's Gürel Çelikhan. But to his dismay, Gürel Çelikhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Başar Eyüpoğlu made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Armağan Karabulut sent off a good shot on target. Ateş Rahim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulk Paraíba in the 82nd minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм's goalkeeper Başar Eyüpoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armağan Karabulut. Burç Boztepe hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Ateş Rahim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Prusinowski in the 92nd minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Gürel Çelikhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STARS TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürel Çelikhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of єℓє¢тяι¢ ѕнσ¢к тєαм booed when STARS TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilla Kağan Nevzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. STARS TEAM's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
