In the 6thth minute of the game Darío Cvitanich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliézer de Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 9 played minutes JS 22 got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Hustaz. Robert Steffens made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Van Impe in the 10th minute. When Maximiliano Hustaz fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JS 22's protests and gave Maximiliano Hustaz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to JS 22 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Maximiliano Hustaz hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Arnulfo Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristiaan Van de Velde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Darío Cvitanich came free, but Kristiaan Van de Velde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Darío Cvitanich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Darío Cvitanich scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristiaan Van de Velde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristiaan Van de Velde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darío Cvitanich's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by de belletrekkers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Darío Cvitanich was slow to take the kick. During this time JS 22's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Everardo Palban got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kristiaan Van de Velde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd minute, Timmy Simons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. de belletrekkers's George Van Impe got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 48 minutes, George Van Impe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. de belletrekkers's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Van Impe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darío Cvitanich to strike the kick off in the second half. Darío Cvitanich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Kristiaan Van de Velde made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Arnulfo Tancredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. JS 22's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Tancredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristiaan Van de Velde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Steffens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Armentier went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ubaldo Ostots kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, JS 22's Casimiro Gimenez got a free kick in the 65th minute. The audience held their breath when Quirce Castro in the 67th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Robert Steffens's left hand side. Eliézer de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Ubaldo Ostots hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darío Cvitanich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Kristiaan Van de Velde made a huge save. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Tancredo in the 78th minute of the match. If Ubaldo Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Tancredo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristiaan Van de Velde. Arnulfo Tancredo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Casimiro Gimenez's shot from long distance in the 87th minute was not bad at all, but de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Aurken in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, de belletrekkers's Quirce Castro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Quirce Castro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of de belletrekkers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Quirce Castro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Darío Cvitanich shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Timmy Simons charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timmy Simons the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Simons to maneuver through the defense. Alfonso Cilio's late challenge caught a de belletrekkers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Cilio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 99th match minute, JS 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Cilio to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
