Silas Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 哥伦布 Bergkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Arlindo Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baturhan Taştekin was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Arlindo Vargas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arlindo Vargas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 35th match minute, Landulfos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Landulfos FC's Silas Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 哥伦布 Bergkamp in the 36th minute of play. Baturhan Taştekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by 哥伦布 Bergkamp in the 46th minute of play forced Landulfos FC's goalkeeper Silas Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Landulfos FC's zone, Art 许褚 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silas Britto came out of the goal and Art 许褚 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Art 许褚 was the one to do the kick off. When 哥伦布 Bergkamp in the 51st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Silas Britto kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. If 哥伦布 Bergkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baturhan Taştekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Falcão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturhan Taştekin having to interfere. Silas Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Art 许褚, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Landulfos FC's Silas Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 哥伦布 Bergkamp in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 哥伦布 Bergkamp in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silas Britto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 哥伦布 Bergkamp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Silas Britto made a huge save. The 『盛世メ名門』皇家哥伦布COLOMBO F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 『盛世メ名門』皇家哥伦布COLOMBO F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
