Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Lennart Abrahamsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Donato Nuxila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Geronimo Sagrario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Klint. Team Rocco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geronimo Sagrario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Abrahamsson in the 11th minute of play forced Quilmes's goalkeeper Christopher Hawthorne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Abrahamsson came free, but Christopher Hawthorne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Team Rocco were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Quilmes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melker Sandström took the corner. After 15 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Fred Kilstedt. 17 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goalkeeper Christopher Hawthorne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Olof Hedling. The crowd rose to their feet as Jan-Olof Hedling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christopher Hawthorne. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Christopher Hawthorne came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Rocco's Lennart Abrahamsson. But to his dismay, Lennart Abrahamsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Per-Oskar Njurenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Quilmes's Terry Jones got a free kick in the 40th minute. Christopher Hawthorne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Abrahamsson in the 41st minute of play. Geronimo Sagrario kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Geronimo Sagrario kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geronimo Sagrario made a kick off. Esteban Hotz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Abrahamsson came free, but Christopher Hawthorne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geronimo Sagrario in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Klint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fred Kilstedt fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Rocco's protests and gave Fred Kilstedt a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Quilmes booed when Team Rocco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Kilstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quilmes were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Team Rocco's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geronimo Sagrario took the corner. A collision led to Quilmes getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Enrique Xabier hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melker Sandström to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Melker Sandström got a free kick in the 76th minute. A long shot from Geronimo Sagrario in the 77th minute of play was well struck, but Marcus Klint made a really good save at the right post. In the 79th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Delfino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Marcus Klint skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Marcus Klint managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Quilmes's Rodrigo Delfino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcus Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Sagrario in the 97th minute of play.
