Ingvar Högström's late challenge caught a De Pelgrims's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Högström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Högström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Doffes Damer getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Orvar Svanberg hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jouke Jacobs in the 7th minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Ingvar Beckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elbert Spanjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the game, Doffes Damer's Orvar Svanberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurens Oosterman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Jerry Nord's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laurens Oosterman was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. De Pelgrims's Laurens Oosterman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Nord in the 22nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Emiel Dilling took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ingvar Beckström to make any attempt to save it. Elbert Spanjer hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Rien Drenth hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match.

A hard shot 54 in the game by Jerry Nord from a close distance when the talented Laurens Oosterman managed to make a qualified save. De Pelgrims's players were relieved. Doffes Damer's Ingvar Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiel Dilling in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match De Pelgrims got a corner. Doffes Damer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferdi van der Schaaf ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on De Pelgrims's corner Ferdi van der Schaaf fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ingvar Beckström quite easily take care of the ball. Emiel Dilling hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66thth minute of the game Jerry Nord who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Pelgrims's Laurens Oosterman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Doffes Damer's Ingvar Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jouke Jacobs in the 69th minute of play. Jan-Olof Modig hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Laurens Oosterman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Nord in the 72nd minute of play. Mickael Achterberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Jerry Nord came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Doffes Damer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerry Nord couldn't finish the play. Doffes Damer's Ingvar Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiel Dilling in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match De Pelgrims got a corner. Doffes Damer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferdi van der Schaaf ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jouke Jacobs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Doffes Damer's Ingvar Beckström did a great save. After a rather tough play, Doffes Damer's Gösta Stål got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ingvar Beckström came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by De Pelgrims's Jouke Jacobs. But to his dismay, Jouke Jacobs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 90 minutes into the game, Emiel Dilling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Ingvar Beckström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingvar Beckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jouke Jacobs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
