After 22 minutes of play, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Vasile Hâncu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ture Viklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisc Onete charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisc Onete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Polar Ice Caps booed when FC PIETROSUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Onete didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jack Lundblad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polar Ice Caps's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Lundblad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Tâbârnă to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jack Lundblad in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Călin Izvoranu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, André Botvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Dorin Busuioceanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ture Viklund. That made the score 2-3 after 94 minutes of play. The Polar Ice Caps supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for FC PIETROSUL -MM-.
