The referee ignored Club Ibiza's protests and gave Marquinhos Corrêa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Club Ibiza's Marquinhos Corrêa got a free kick in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Rudqvist came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Vivera in the 46th minute of play. If Tage Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when William Vivera made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Dahlberg in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Leão saved Club Ibiza from getting behind. Justo Mas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gustav Termander made a huge save. The supporters of AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fortun Lizundia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Ivar Dahlberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emerson Leão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK reached it. Emerson Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Willig in the 83rd minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, one of AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Club Ibiza's Lucho Bustamante got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gustav Termander. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Ibiza had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
