In the 10th minute Albertus FC were awarded a corner. Frits Platvoet went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 12th match minute, Mitnarotov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Pinto to maneuver through the defense. Frits Platvoet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Hortêncio Sena made a huge save. Ted Kamps might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hortêncio Sena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ted Kamps ran back to his position shaking his head. After 19 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Gijsbert Bults. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Vianna in the 21st minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ger Tollenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 23 in the game by Christijan van Asseldonk from a close distance when the talented Hortêncio Sena managed to make a qualified save. Mitnarotov FC's players were relieved. After 24 minutes of play, Albertus FC's Harm Bosschaart made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hortêncio Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 26 minutes, Christijan van Asseldonk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albertus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christijan van Asseldonk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute of the match, Harm Bosschaart got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hortêncio Sena was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hortêncio Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christijan van Asseldonk, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Hortêncio Sena made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Christijan van Asseldonk sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Christijan van Asseldonk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rasgun Cool to make the kick off. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when Mitnarotov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christijan van Asseldonk scored 3-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hortêncio Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mitnarotov FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Albertus FC.
