Åke Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Savona in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match Sliema Dragons FC got a corner. Blomstermåla BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julian Savona ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ryan Grima managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Blomstermåla BK's Åke Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Savona in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Grimaud in the 14th minute of play forced Blomstermåla BK's goalkeeper Åke Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Severiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Bergfeldt in the 16th minute of the match. Åke Johnsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Savona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 89 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blomstermåla BK's Bengt-Arne Martinsson got a free kick in the 95th minute.
