The supporters of Sliema Dragons FC booed when Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mattias Asper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Grima in the 4th minute of play. Martin Mangion received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mattias Asper came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Mangion slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Leon Desira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sliema Dragons FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK the free kick. Mattias Asper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mangion in the 39th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joseph Hjälm to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Martin Mangion managed to get in a good position for a shot.
