In the 13th match minute, Wonderkids was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Maia to maneuver through the defense. If Svetozar Petrusevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristoforo Giacomini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svetozar Petrusevski in the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Filip Makedonski made a precise shot to the right of Cristoforo Giacomini. AC Collins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 34th minute Svetozar Petrusevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Giacomini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Riste Lazarevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Collins's Cristoforo Giacomini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svetozar Petrusevski in the 45th minute of play. The AC Collins players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wonderkids were winning 0-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Alfredo Lemma managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Collins's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Lemma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Nikoloski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Wonderkids's Rayman Guiral ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristoforo Giacomini. Cristoforo Giacomini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. When Anísio Maia came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Wonderkids fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anísio Maia couldn't finish the play. AC Collins's Dave Marrone was substituted for Domenico Graziani. AC Collins's Cesare Trentini was substituted for Carlo Martano. AC Collins's Alberigo Rosa was substituted for Ferdinando Tamburrini. Riste Lazarevski scored 0-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristoforo Giacomini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, AC Collins's Cristoforo Giacomini got control of the ball when Svetozar Petrusevski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 79 minutes, Riste Lazarevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wonderkids's supporters crossed their fingers, but Riste Lazarevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 86 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Lemma. With a little luck, AC Collins's Cristoforo Giacomini got control of the ball when Riste Lazarevski tried to sneak it across the goal line.
