The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célio Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Cardoso came free, but Giga Hertz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Célio Mineiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Gabin Françoise skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Célio Mineiro got free with Gabin Françoise in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Célio Mineiro scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabin Françoise, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Célio Mineiro in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabin Françoise prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute Júnior Galego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabin Françoise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabin Françoise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Célio Mineiro in the 35th minute of the match. Gabin Françoise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Renzo Spadafora during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Limoeiro-PE FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Renzo Spadafora hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ívan James came free, but Giga Hertz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cordeara Igay to make the kick off. Gabin Françoise didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Júnior Galego went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 56th minute, Júnior Galego left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limoeiro-PE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Fábio Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giga Hertz having to interfere. Rodrigo Mora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Giga Hertz made a huge save. Fábio Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Limoeiro-PE FC made a substitution. Gilson Barreto replaced Renzo Spadafora. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Fábio Cardoso hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Limoeiro-PE FC were awarded a corner. Júnior Galego went to the cornerflag to take it. If Fábio Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Fábio Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Célio Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ívan James managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandrie CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ívan James was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giga Hertz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandrie CF were furious when Maxence Mangel was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Alexandrie CF's Maxence Mangel got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 93rd minute, Renaut De Geyter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Cordeara Igay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limoeiro-PE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordeara Igay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Limoeiro-PE FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alexandrie CF for a fine match.
