Laurențiu Vlădoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Evandro Lara made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Fabiano Clemente in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filip Andrițoiu saved FC BRADUL -MM- from getting behind. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when FC BRADUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Bădila didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Braga in the 18th minute of play forced FC BRADUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Filip Andrițoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Andrițoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Evandro Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silviu Văduvescu. Filip Andrițoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseu Braga went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 29 minutes into the match, FC BRADUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fabiano Clemente came free, but Filip Andrițoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evandro Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silviu Văduvescu in the 30th minute of the match. FC BRADUL -MM-'s Filip Andrițoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Domingues in the 32nd minute of play. In the 40th minute Iosif Bobeica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Luís Fabiano Clemente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip Andrițoiu. FC BRADUL -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Fabiano Clemente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FC BRADUL -MM-'s Alin Hrib was substituted for Niculae Brătescu. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseu Braga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 80 played minutes Marquês de Herval got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Clemente. Silviu Văduvescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Silviu Văduvescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC BRADUL -MM-'s Costică Hârșu got a free kick in the 94th minute.
