Roy Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino de Lara in the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Åke Nordkvist got free with Emílio Motta in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Björkö BK's Roy Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Alagoano in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Rolf Björkdal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emílio Motta, 1-1. Wiliam de Moraes made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ivo Figueiredo. Jerry Hedman charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerry Hedman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Diamantino de Lara sped through Björkö BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roy Mårtensson. Flavinho Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Roy Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guará FC. Roy Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diamantino de Lara to make the kick off. With a little luck, Björkö BK's Roy Mårtensson got control of the ball when Diamantino de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guará FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Björkö BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diamantino de Lara took the corner. Diamantino de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Guará FC's Flavinho Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roy Mårtensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. With a little luck, Björkö BK's Roy Mårtensson got control of the ball when Angelo Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diamantino de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roy Mårtensson having to interfere. Roy Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes Björkö BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diamantino de Lara who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Guará FC's corner Diamantino de Lara fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roy Mårtensson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 89th minute, Enrico Alessandro made a precise shot to the right of Emílio Motta. Guará FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavinho Alagoano got free with Roy Mårtensson in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Björkö BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Guará FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Guará FC.
