Pastor Chap charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Chap the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leo Burns to make the kick off. Terremoto FC's Bernardino Eneko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Alagoano in the 52nd minute of play. Brian Lambert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Hechter in the 77th minute of play. If Andrew Brookman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd match minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Sharpe to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Mirande, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cornelio Hermelando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Brian Lambert made a huge save. In the 89th minute Bruno Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Hermelando in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Lambert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Terremoto FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
