The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Victoriano Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Lauaxeta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rok Roll in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Igor Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niyazi Derim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Octavio Lauaxeta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulão Diniz got free with Octavio Lauaxeta in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Jabaquara SC's Paulão Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Lauaxeta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Alberto Pitin made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lia Crucet immediately put the ball in play. In the 31st minute of the game Alberto Pitin made a throw-in which Segundo Neron played forward. Niyazi Derim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Polo in the 35th minute of play. When Simbo FC's Igor Polo in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jabaquara SC's goalie prevented a goal. After 40 played minutes Jabaquara SC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Zanette. Victoriano Banegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niyazi Derim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Polo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

If Paulinho Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Fenomeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Octavio Lauaxeta came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Jabaquara SC's Paulão Diniz. But to his dismay, Paulão Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Simbo FC's Flor Petera was substituted for Segundo Neron. Jabaquara SC's Niyazi Derim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lia Crucet in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Flor Petera got a free kick in the 75th minute. Octavio Lauaxeta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Mourato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Fenomeno came free, but Octavio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulão Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Octavio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Fenomeno in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute Paulão Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Banegas in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niyazi Derim saved Jabaquara SC from getting behind. Mauricio Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Niyazi Derim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rok Roll hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Jabaquara SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
