After 3 minutes of play, A.K.Sh Albania's Besart Pango made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Paixão was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Alcides Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Micaelense's supporters rose to their feet, but Alcides Lobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fotaq Xaka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Alexandre Paixão successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to A.K.Sh Albania getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alesandro Nesta hit a great ball. Torcato Paião hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Besart Pango in the 26th minute of play forced Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Alexandre Paixão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardinho Guerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Paixão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Alcides Lobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fotaq Xaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Halis Ergün got free with Alexandre Paixão in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Torcato Paião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotaq Xaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Besart Pango, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the last second Alexandre Paixão throw himself and got hold of the ball when Besart Pango in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zaimin Dibrani during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes A.K.Sh Albania got a freekick which was hit by Zaimin Dibrani. Renato Gërxhalliu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Atlético Micaelense were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alexandre Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 51st minute of the match. Alexandre Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 54th minute of play. Hermano Amaro struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Fotaq Xaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Micaelense. Hermano Amaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Fotaq Xaka made a huge save. Alexandre Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 58th minute of play. Renato Gërxhalliu was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 60th minute, Renato Gërxhalliu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Atlético Micaelense getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hermano Amaro hit a great ball. With splendid footwork Torcato Paião arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-4 by the left pole in the game's 65th minute. Alexandre Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the A.K.Sh Albania defense, Alcides Lobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fotaq Xaka. The A.K.Sh Albania fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fotaq Xaka should have stopped the shot. Alesandro Nesta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 79th minute of play forced Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Alexandre Paixão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Torcato Paião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotaq Xaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Besart Pango took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Paixão. Alexandre Paixão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Alexandre Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alcides Lobo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Fotaq Xaka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Atlético Micaelense players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
