The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Urbes during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Urbes to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Racing Rocafort C.F.'s goalkeeper Cancelo Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romulo Bernebe. Sixto Ereinotz made a great header on Amboy FC's corner, it was just that Racing Rocafort C.F.'s Cancelo Gol managed to reach the ball for a save. Cancelo Gol was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Sixto Ereinotz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sixto Ereinotz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Zé Vo had several of the Racing Rocafort C.F.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Cancelo Gol as he didn't even see the shot coming. Amboy FC's Gustavo Bernebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oro Cameno in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Sixto Ereinotz got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richie Duarte in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Bernebe saved Amboy FC from getting behind. Cancelo Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Ereinotz in the 35th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Senio. Cancelo Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Ereinotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Saul Urbes hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Zé Vo made the kick off in the second half. Oro Cameno hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Romulo Bernebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cancelo Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Bernebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oro Cameno, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Vo in the 75th minute of play forced Racing Rocafort C.F.'s goalkeeper Cancelo Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Bernebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amboy FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
