The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ando Descalzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Sabina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ando Descalzo ran back to his position shaking his head. When POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Ando Descalzo in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.D. Ciudad de Soria's goalie prevented a goal. After 6 minutes, Ando Descalzo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Lucas Sabina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 12 minutes into the game, Soyuncu Entero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lucas Sabina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro got control of the ball when Dionisio Canyelles tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's goal looked a bit too open when Soyuncu Entero came free, but Lucas Sabina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol were awarded a corner. Severo Duro went to the cornerflag to take it. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Severo Duro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucas Sabina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Pelion Pelon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ando Descalzo in the 37th minute of play forced C.D. Ciudad de Soria's goalkeeper Lucas Sabina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Sans charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Sans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Maximiliano Sans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Sabina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Duro in the 42nd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Firman Salan to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, C.D. Ciudad de Soria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Sans to maneuver through the defense. Severo Duro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Sabina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Soyuncu Entero in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Canyelles during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol booed when C.D. Ciudad de Soria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Canyelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soyuncu Entero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Lucas Sabina made a huge save. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordi Morales in the 61st minute of play. Pelion Pelon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lucas Sabina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Sabina made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Godofredo Laiz sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Ando Descalzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Sabina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soyuncu Entero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lucas Sabina firmly grabbed it by the left post. 84 minutes into the match, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's goalkeeper Lucas Sabina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Soyuncu Entero. After taking down the ball on POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's corner Anastasio Mañon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lucas Sabina quite easily take care of the ball. Soyuncu Entero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Sabina having to interfere.
