Spectators: 7683 (Terracing: 5763, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abel Ferdinand started the match with the kick off. Felipe Dabi came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube do Remo MZ's Doriva Pinho. But to his dismay, Doriva Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Clube do Remo MZ's Tiaguinho Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Ferdinand in the 17th minute of play. Abel Ferdinand in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiaguinho Netto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tiaguinho Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ferdinand, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 29 played minutes Deportivo Tachito got a freekick which was hit by Remi Schoenmaekers. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo Tachito's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Pinho came free, but Felipe Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Pinho in the 34th minute of play. Doriva Pinho took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Dabi. Felipe Dabi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 42nd match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Velloso to maneuver through the defense. If Victor de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor de Sena was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Dabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doriva Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Felipe Dabi made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Doriva Pinho sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the game, Doriva Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Felipe Dabi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Remi Schoenmaekers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Dabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor de Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Jano Valadares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Felipe Dabi, 0-4. With a little luck, Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi got control of the ball when Doriva Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Mário Maia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Bilintx in the 70th minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Abel Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Pinho. Clube do Remo MZ's Tiaguinho Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Amato in the 76th minute of play. Tiaguinho Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Bilintx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A very nice done corner allowed Severo Amato to score against Tiaguinho Netto in Clube do Remo MZ's goal. 1-4 after 83 minutes. In the 87th minute Doriva Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Clube do Remo MZ's Doriva Pinho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remi Schoenmaekers in the 93rd minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, Deportivo Tachito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Cordarrell to maneuver through the defense. Clube do Remo MZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
