To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ashley Gardiner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Tom Colling made a huge save. Felix Beat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimír Kuthan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qian Qiang De in the 37th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Felix Beat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
