The referee gave Brad Symons a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 4th minute, Brad Symons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Racing Club's goalkeeper Gao Fei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 卫青 Wu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Beat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Felix Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 卫青 Wu in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Ashley Gardiner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clapham Comets F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ashley Gardiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 卫青 Wu took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Beat. Felix Beat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Felix Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kris Palmann in the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Barrie Newell hit a great ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Felix Beat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felix Beat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kris Palmann in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 卫青 Wu in the 46th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Felix Beat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rupert Hampshire to make the kick off. Felix Beat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 卫青 Wu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Kris Palmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clapham Comets F.C. the free kick. Kris Palmann hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Real Racing Club's Fredrik Bredberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Moises Ioritz, made in the 57th minute of the game. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Alejo Salvino hit a great ball. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Felix Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 卫青 Wu in the 64th minute of play. Francesco Fabregas kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 69 minutes, 卫青 Wu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Racing Club and the Clapham Comets F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Real Racing Club's 卫青 Wu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felix Beat. Felix Beat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 77th minute 卫青 Wu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Beat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Clapham Comets F.C. defense, 卫青 Wu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Beat. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Beat should have stopped the shot. Clapham Comets F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when 卫青 Wu scored to the left of an out of position Felix Beat, making the score, 0-4. During the 85th minute of the match 卫青 Wu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 卫青 Wu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Clapham Comets F.C. booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. 卫青 Wu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Racing Club's Gao Fei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupert Hampshire in the 87th minute of play. Barrie Newell kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Celso Maldonado struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Felix Beat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Racing Club. When the match was over Real Racing Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Clapham Comets F.C. throughout the match.
